The site looks clean and the colors are nice, just feels a little plain overall but not in a bad way.. simple and easy to look at

I’m happy with my order overall. Everything was fine, it just took a little longer to arrive than I was expecting.

The return ended up going okay. The refund took a little longer than I expected, but from the tone of the updates, I kind of assumed they were just backed up or dealing with a busy period. It wasn’t a big deal in the end, and everything got sorted...

I ordered this chair on Monday and then somehow it was already at my place by Thursday, which I was not really expecting that quick. The tracking email came the same day too, so that was nice and not confusing for once.

The box looked fine when it got here and everything was in there, nothing weird missing or anything. I’m just glad it didn’t take forever like some other sites do sometimes, so yeah, I’d probably order again.

So... I ordered a couple of things from Primo Comfort, and one of the items that showed up wasn’t what I picked. The size and color were both different, which was frustrating because I was expecting it to be right the first time.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I still had to go through the hassle of sending it back. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to do better with getting orders right

I ordered my usual size from Primo Comfort, but the fit was just kind of off. It felt tighter in certain areas, and then weirdly loose in others, so it wasn’t very comfortable to wear. Maybe I should’ve gone a size up, but the size guide, didn’t really make that clear. Shipping was fine, no issues there, I’m just disappointed with the fit overall...

It’s comfortable enough, but I was expecting a bit more for the price. Some parts just feel kind of cheap, like maybe they cut corners on materials, though I can’t say for sure. Once the shipping cost was added, it didn’t really feel like a good value to me.

I ordered this from primocomfort.com because my lower back was always sore after work, and I wanted something simple that might help me unwind without taking up a ton of time. It did take a few days to get used to, but once I figured out how to use it comfortably, I could really feel it taking some pressure off my back.
Now I use it most evenings after work, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how stiff and achy I feel by the end of the day. It’s not some instant miracle fix, but for everyday relief and making my nights more comfortable, it’s been totally worth it for me

I started noticing a pattern quickly: I’d ask something, wait a while, get a vague reply, then have to follow up again for the same answer. Having to ask twice was frustrating, especially for something that didn’t seem that complicated. Not a terrible experience, just not as helpful or quick as I was hoping

At first, I thought it was going to be comfortable. I sat down and it felt fine, so I figured I’d be happy with it. But after a little while, my back started aching, and I kept having to shift around to get comfortable. It’s not terrible, just not as comfy as I was hoping it would be

I’ve been using this pretty much every day for a few months now, and it’s still holding up really well. Feels solid, no issues so far. Impressed
